Every AI action — a chat, a doc, a prototype, a briefing — uses some of your monthly allowance based on the real cost of running the model. Light actions like chat barely move the needle; heavier ones like prototypes or deep briefings use more. You don't count units or pre-pay per action — you just see your usage climb in the sidebar.

No. Your monthly allowance resets every 30 days — use it or lose it. Extra usage you buy on top is a different bucket: it never expires and only gets touched once your monthly allowance runs out. Extra is a long-term insurance policy for heavy months.

Inversion blocks the action and shows a small dialog with two ways out: upgrade your plan, or add an extra usage pack (€10 / €20 / €50). One click, you're moving again. We never silently overcharge.

Yes. Upgrade in one click — you'll be billed the prorated difference. Downgrade or cancel through the Stripe billing portal — you keep your current plan until the end of your billing cycle, then drop down. No contracts, no traps.

Most actions run on Claude Sonnet. Flip the Deep toggle on a chat or doc and we route the same action through Claude Opus — slower, stronger on long-context reasoning and multi-document synthesis. It uses more of your monthly allowance per call because Opus costs more per token.

Yes. We never train on your data. All integrations use OAuth with read-only access by default. Database queries run read-only. Your work stays yours.
